“We have so much to show you…”
————————————————————————
Well, it seems I have run out of time. I had more to show you for the Halloween season but the day is here. There’s always next year, God willing we all make it to next year. Hope you enjoyed my posts for the month. For this Halloween Day, 2013, I will leave you with a Video. We will be heading out tonight to see Halloween (1978) in the theater near me. One show only, 8:00 pm.

Chiller Theater used to feature horror films every Friday Night on a local channel in the NY area, W-PIX, channel 11. Before each film, we had this lovely intro:
Eerie music and a hand with six fingers! The 1970‘s was a blast!

Happy Halloween!!
Lucky you getting to see Halloween on the big screen
Happy slightly late Halloween. I grew up watching Creature Feature with Count Gore De Vol on DC 20. Looked forward to it every week.
Thanks everyone. We enjoyed the movie. we made sure we didn’t watch it on TV for the past 2 years, (it was difficult not watching it this year, it was on AMC every other day!) so it would feel kinda’ fresh, or at least, not played out. The music in the film is remarkable, it’s really only 3 or 4 themes played with different variations and speed. What was also notable is where Carpenter did not put music. He really creates some suspense with the quiet lulls between the action.
Oh, that’s cool! I envy you the opportunity to see it on the big screen. Happy Halloween!
