One of my favourite movie genres!
This is great. I’ve read a bunch of these before and will try and work my way through the rest. From this list, give us a few that you really recommend as very fun ‘good bad’ or B movies. Would be keen to take a look at some of them.
I’d say to check out Dinosaurus, The Lost World 1960, and The Land That Time Forgot. 🙂
Sweet, thanks. Also, what’s your recommendation for a really cheesy, fun and stupid Godzilla flick?
That would go to Godzilla vs The Sea Monster, Godzilla’ s Revenge (which is basically a kids flick) and the psychedelic, Godzilla vs the Smog Monster. You might want to try out The Mighty Peking Man for the campy antics in a King Kong style revamp.
Thankyou sir. They all sound absolutely spectacular!
Awesome post! Will have to go and check out some of those links.
Nice work, Mike! Love these films! Will go back and check some of these out. You never reviewed Valley of Gwangi? I thought that you had.
No, not yet. I did an overview when Harryhausen died but didn’t review it.
Ah I see.
If you ever do review it, give me a head’s up 👌
